We want you to love your new shoes. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Shoes must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition.
• All shoes must be returned with their original shoebox, dust bags (if applicable), and any included accessories.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for:

• Items that show signs of wear (e.g., creasing, scuffs, marks, dirty soles)
• Sale or clearance items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
• Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account after processing.

Refunds may be denied or adjusted if the returned item is not in original condition.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange for a different size or style, please contact us within 14 days. Exchanges depend on stock availability.
If unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit according to your preference.

Change of Mind

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
If accepted, return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for major faults.

We will cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
