Suede is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you Change Your Mind.
At Suede we want you to love your purchase, but if you have changed your mind, you can return your item within 14 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required, and the merchandise needs to be in saleable condition, that is unworn and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Suede will offer a refund/exchange or in-store credit if an item is faulty, or the product is significantly different to the sample or description. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time frame.
Pierced jewellery is not eligible for returns due to hygiene issues.
Suede reserves the right to deny refunds and exchanges if the items returned do not meet these requirements.
